Canflex® High Temperature Gaskets ​

High Pressure gasket material can be used in applications above 950°F (510°C) where flexible graphite fails due to the effects of the oxidizing atmosphere at these elevated temperatures. Gaskets can be manufactured from standard sheet material, as filler material for spiral wound gaskets or used as facing on Kammprofile gaskets.

Construction

• Inhibited flexible graphite filler material.
• Heat resistant THT filler material impregnated with a
  high quality silicone binder.
• Suitable as a filler for spiral wound gaskets and as
  facing on Kammprofile gaskets.
• Windings, inner rings and outer rings are available in
  a wide variety of metals and specialty alloys.
• Available in standard and custom configurations.
